There is no need to discuss price, payment, or documents yet, that comes later, after you have seen the vehicle. Keep it polite and brief: a friendly greeting, one or two questions, and a thank-you. Many sellers are particulares (private owners), so a warm, respectful tone helps. This mission is only about opening contact clearly; it does not cover making offers, claiming anything about documents, or arranging payment.
