- van a querer verte todos: everyone is going to want to see you Literal, not an exaggeration, the visit list is a real diplomatic document families manage quietly.
Useful phrases
- Queremos estar para Nochebuena, así que llegaríamos a mediados de diciembre.: We want to be there for Christmas Eve, so we'd arrive mid-December. Proposing a date window with a clear reason behind it.
- Queremos ver a todos, pero con dos semanas vamos a tener que priorizar un poco.: We want to see everyone, but with two weeks we'll have to prioritize a bit. Setting a time expectation without causing offense, the warm wish first, the honest limit second.
- ¡Familia, noticia! Llegamos el quince de diciembre.: Family, news! We're arriving December 15th. The joyful group announcement once dates are finally confirmed.
