Unprompted end-of-day updates are rare enough in Bolivian offices that sending one, cleanly, marks you as reliable within weeks, Ing. Essential vocabulary

- quedó listo: it's done/ready The short way to close a finished item before moving to the next line, no need to narrate how you got there.
- ojo:: heads up:/watch out: One syllable of warning that lets you flag a risk early without sounding the alarm, the native way to raise a problem calmly.
- se complica: it gets complicated/it runs into trouble Describes a risk to the plan without naming a person at fault, the blame-free way to say a deadline is in danger.
- ¿cómo prefiere que lo maneje?: how would you like me to handle it? Turns a risk flag into a question instead of a complaint, it hands the decision to Ing. Camacho, usted, exactly where it belongs.
- les aviso apenas llegue: I'll let you know as soon as it arrives Commits to a follow-up on something you don't control yet, the standard way to close an open thread without overpromising a date.
- 12 de 20 clientes: 12 of 20 clients A real count instead of 'casi todo', precision is what makes an update trustworthy, at every level from A0 to B1.
