Essential vocabulary

• Tengo tres puntos: el logo, el catálogo y los tiempos.: I have three points: the logo, the catalog, and the timeline. The opening line that turns a meeting into a plan, naming the points before diving in is what makes a call feel run, not wandered through.
• ¿Les parece si lo vemos en media hora?: Does it work for you all if we go over it in half an hour? The timebox offered as a question, not an order, this consensus check is how Bolivian meetings actually move forward.

Bolivian Spanish terms

• ¿les parece si…?: does it work for you all if…? The default way Bolivian meetings propose something, as a question the whole group can agree to or push back on, not an announcement. Skipping straight to 'vamos a…' reads as steamrolling the room.
• lo anoto: I've got it noted Parking a tangent works here only if the promise is visible, saying 'lo anoto' and actually bringing it back later is what makes people trust you'll run good meetings.
• media hora: half an hour A half-hour timebox, proposed and kept, builds more trust in Bolivian work culture than an hour promised and blown, small, honored promises are the currency.
