    Confirm the kickoff call is still on, then re-confirm when the time slides.

  4. Open the call

    Open the video call with a dual-register greeting and help Don Miguel with his microphone.

  5. Set the agenda

    Run the call’s agenda, name the points, park tangents, and check consensus before moving on.

  6. Present your update

    Deliver the sixty-second proposal update and route the price question to the written cotización.

  7. Interrupt and clarify

    Handle the messy middle of the call, interrupt politely, clarify meaning, and yield the floor.

  8. Send the minuta

    Close the notebook: send the group a short minuta and report the good news back to Daniela.

  9. The minuta closes the loop

    After the kickoff call, send the group a short minuta, decidido, pendiente with who owns it, and the next step, take Álvaro's correction gracefully, and report the good news back to Daniela.
