Reviewing the file before the office
Many avoidable problems are caught in a calm review just before you submit: is the file complete, in the right order, with all the copies and any expected cover index, and in the folder format the office wants (often a folder amarillo). This mission gives you the language to ask those checks out loud rather than guessing. Remember that asking “is it complete?” is a question for the office, the app cannot approve a file or guarantee it is legally sufficient. The app helps you ask and verify so an official can confirm before you hand it in.
